IN NO EVENT SHALL DEEPALPHA’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DEEPALPHA IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $1,000 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.11. Indemnification
